Visiting Orlando

I've been thinking about visiting Orlando. There is just so much to do there. Maybe I can finally visit the Disney Park, and all the other area attractions. Hopefully I can gather a few friends together to go on a fun road trip!

I think Orlando is a must see place in Florida. Apart from Disney Park, there are many places worth visiting atleast once in your lifetime such as SeaWorld,Universal Orlando Resort etc...I wish you a wonderful journey you will never forget.

If you visit DisneyWorld make sure you have atleast one week because you will never be able to see it in less than that.

There are MANY places in and around Orlando that are just as much, if not more, fun than Disney. Florida is really a beautiful state. But no matter where you decide to go bring comfortable shoes! I cannot stress this enough=)

Orlando is out of this world! Universal's Islands of Adventure is my favorite theme park ever. If you do end up going to Disney, try to save up enough energy to visit Downtown Disney after dark!

I'm 2 hours away from Orlando and I love it. Everything you could ever want is located in Orlando: clubs, amusement parks, great food and dinning, and great shopping. If you plan on staying in a hotel, then I recommend Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. It's a huge and very nice hotel: Spas, golfing, restaurants, a mini zoo, shopping, the works.

I LOVE Orlando. You should definitely visit Disney World. Everyone should at some time. You will NOT regret it! One Huge piece of advice, go to a Disney store and pick up the book "Walt Disney World" by Birkbaums. It list's virtually every place you can go, eat, stay, and see in Disney and gives helpful advice, tips, and prices. One of the best times to go IMO is around Christmas time.

Have you made your trip to Orlando yet? While there, be sure to visit ALL the Disney Theme Parks. My favorite is EPCOT, especially when they do the international food and wine festival. You can get a lot of various foods for a low price. You can stay on Disney property for a fairly decent price and you will be pampered! You'll also want to check out Downtown Disney. There are some great places to eat and some unique stores. My favorite store is the bath store. They have some awesome soaps that you won't find anywhere else. The toy store is pretty magical too as well as the Christmas store.

The only way to see Orlando is with friends. As a resident of Florida I must warn you to plan some down time. You can really go into sensory overload. We would do Disney, then Universal and then SeaWorld to commune with the living things.

I was in Orlando visiting Disney a year ago with my two small kids. It brought back beautiful memories when I went there with my parents in the seventies. I went on all the rides with my kids and I had a lot of fun. I hope I can go there again soon it was an excellent vacation.
